SPEAKING
THE TALKS.
Talks for operators, directors, and the people building the next era of sports. Built from twenty years on the floor, from six teams to a Life Time acquisition.
FEATURED KEYNOTE
FLAGSHIP - FOR OPERATORS AND DIRECTORS
THE WRONG PLAYER
Why youth sports built its technology for one player in a hundred.
I ran a rec basketball league where I stayed up until 4am writing game recaps nobody asked for. Grown men, Tuesday nights, no scouts, no stakes. It became the largest adult rec basketball league in North America, and Life Time bought it. Being seen was the product. The game was just the excuse.
Youth sports got the cameras and built something else. Rankings, recruiting profiles, exposure events, highlight reels made for college coaches. About four percent of high school athletes go on to play NCAA at any division. One percent play Division I. We pointed an entire industry's technology at that child and handed everybody else a bill and a number telling them where they stand.
This talk is about the other ninety-six. Who they are, what they actually want from your program, and why they are the better business.

ON SHOWS AND PANELS
I do podcasts, panels and moderated conversations on the same material. I would rather have a conversation than present. Send a couple of times and I will make one of them work.
