My passion for transforming the landscape of recreational sports was inspired by my firsthand experiences in New York City's recreational basketball leagues, which coincided with my tenure as a media executive at Discovery Networks and Turner Broadcasting.
When Ultimate Hoops launched in 2006, it quickly evolved from a local phenomenon to a national force, culminating in an acquisition by Life Time, Inc., which fueled our growth to become a national brand in over 30 North American markets.
My latest venture, Arlt Consulting Co., marks the third chapter in my professional story. Now my commitment transfers to helping others achieve the same success I enjoyed in the sports industry.
