FOR SPORTS FACILITIES
Make the camera spend an investment ownership can defend.
Cameras get installed all the time with no monetization plan. We map what your existing groups will buy, build a revenue model and pricing packages, then specify the tech underneath, so the camera spend comes with a return story ownership can sign, not another hardware quote.
Price: On site $15,000 fixed · Remote $5,000 fixed · one facility
One facility. On site or remote. For operators who need a clear monetization path before they buy hardware.
Cameras go in all the time. Monetization plans almost never do.
Ownership does not sign off on camera spend for better footage alone. They sign when there is a clear path to revenue from groups already in the building.
A vendor can show you equipment. That does not tell you what those groups might buy, how the numbers work, which surfaces matter first or how to move from the system you have now.
The Live Stream and Camera Plan stops the skip. It leads with inventory map, realistic revenue model and packaging for existing groups, then the tech, coverage and transition path underneath, so you can make one decision at a time without pretending every stream becomes a business.
WHAT YOU RECEIVE
A written monetization plan for one facility; tech as proof underneath.
REMOTE PLAN - $5,000
For buildings not yet open or single-surface facilities and operators who can film their own space. Built from your video walk, floor plan, current services and daily calendar of events.
Sellable inventory map: the audiences, surfaces, events and moments that could become paid products for groups already in the building.
Revenue model: stated assumptions, expected costs and pricing scenarios you can test. No guaranteed return. No invented ROI %.
Pricing and packaging: ways to package capture and stream access for teams, leagues, renters, sponsors or event operators already using the facility.
Vendor-neutral camera requirements: functional requirements and evaluation criteria for cameras, audio, connectivity, control and stream output.
30-minute walkthrough of the finished plan.
ON SITE PLAN - $15,000
For multi-surface facilities, operators replacing a current system and ownership groups signing off on the camera spend.
Everything in Remote, plus:
One site day: angles, power, network, ceiling heights and how the space really runs during concurrent events.
One working session: with your team before the plan is written, to test monetization priorities and assumptions.
Phased rollout: what to sell on day one, what comes later and what should trigger the next phase.
Transition plan: a practical path off the current setup, including contract exit where it applies.
Vendor vetting: vendor proposals reviewed against the specification before you sign.
Walkthrough of the finished plan with your ownership group. Travel included.
How the engagement works
Send the facility intake. Tell us about the building, current capture, users, event rhythm and decision.
ASV reviews fit. If the plan fits the facility and the decision, we send an agreement and invoice.
Sign and pay. On site: the 50% deposit, and the site day is not scheduled before both are complete. Remote: the full fee.
Site day or video walk. On site, we walk the surfaces, access points, operating rhythm and current system with your team. Remote, you record the walk and send it with your floor plan and calendar.
On site: join the working session. We test the inventory, revenue assumptions, rollout phases and transition priorities with your team before the plan is written. Remote plans skip this step.
Receive the written plan. On site, we walk your ownership group through it and the remaining 50% is due on delivery. Remote plans close with a 30-minute walkthrough.
FIT / NOT FIT
A fit if
You operate one sports facility with active teams, leagues, renters or events.
Ownership needs a clear ROI story before signing camera spend.
You want monetization, packaging and the operating path before buying hardware.
You are deciding what to capture, what to replace or how to move beyond an existing stream setup, with revenue potential first.
The decision owner can participate in the intake, the site day or video walk, and the working session or walkthrough.
Not a fit if
You only want a camera quote or installation bid.
You want ASV to resell hardware, install cabling, run streams or sell packages for you.
You are not ready to share the facility information needed to build a useful plan.
FAQ
What does it cost?
On site: $15,000 fixed for one facility, including the intake review, one site day and its travel, one working session, the written plan with phased rollout, transition plan and vendor vetting, and a walkthrough with your ownership group. A 50% deposit is due with the signed agreement before the site day is scheduled; the remaining 50% is due on delivery. Remote: $5,000 fixed for one facility, including the intake review, the written plan and a 30-minute walkthrough, paid in full with the signed agreement.
The intake form is free to submit and does not commit you to buy. Nothing is charged unless ASV confirms fit and you sign the agreement.
On site or remote: which one?
Both plans include the inventory map, revenue model, pricing and packaging and camera requirements. Remote fits buildings that are not open yet, single-surface facilities and operators who can record a clear video walk of their own space. On site fits multi-surface buildings, operators replacing a current system and ownership groups signing off on the spend: it adds the site day, a working session, phased rollout, a transition plan, vendor vetting and a walkthrough with ownership. A video shows what you chose to film; a site day shows how the building actually runs. Tell us your preference in the intake; ASV will recommend one when it reviews fit.
How long does it take?
Timing depends on site access and the information available. After ASV confirms fit, the agreement sets the site day, working session and delivery dates. There is no calendar booking before the signed agreement and deposit.
Do you recommend vendors?
Both plans give you vendor-neutral requirements to evaluate any vendor against. On site adds vendor vetting: we review vendor proposals against the specification before you sign. ASV takes no vendor referral fees. Any relevant vendor relationship is disclosed in writing before a recommendation is shown.
Do you install cameras or sell hardware?
No. This engagement produces the strategy, specification and transition plan. Installation, cabling, hardware purchasing and stream operations remain with the facility and its chosen vendors.
Do you guarantee streaming revenue?
No. The revenue model shows assumptions, costs and pricing scenarios so the facility can make a realistic decision. We do not invent ROI percentages, promise payback or guarantee audience, sales or revenue. Those depend on execution and market response.
What if we have more than one facility?
Both options are priced per facility because each building has different surfaces, users, access and infrastructure. Submit the intake for the facility you want to address first and note the other locations. ASV will confirm whether separate plans make sense; no multi-site discount or result is promised in advance.
What should we have ready?
Share what exists: facility and surface details, current camera or streaming information, groups already in the building, event or rental rhythm, available floor plans or cable maps, and the people involved in the decision. Missing documents do not automatically disqualify the facility; the intake helps ASV judge whether there is enough to proceed.
